2.2 Communication: We may use your information to send you service-related notices and promotional messages. You can opt out of receiving these communications by unsubscribing from SMS or email reminders under your account settings, by replying STOP (for SMS), or by contacting us directly at support@bday.cards.

These third parties are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

3.3 Mobile Information: No mobile information will be shared with other third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes, other than those mentioned in this Policy.
4.1 Data Storage: We store your data in AWS (US West 1). SMS data is stored by Twilio, our A2P 10DLC provider. Email data is stored by SendGrid, our email notifications provider.
4.2 Data Security: We use reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
5.1 Account Information: You may update or correct your account information at any time by logging into your account or by contacting us directly at support@bday.cards.
5.2 Promotional Communications: You can opt out of receiving promotional by contacting us directly. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications.
Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the effective date at the top of the Policy and via email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
