SMS Birthday Reminders Terms & Conditions

This webpage outlines the Terms & Conditions ("Terms") you agree to by using our SMS Birthday Reminder Service ("Service") offered by Bday.Cards ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Program Description

By opting into our SMS Birthday Reminder Service, you will receive timely birthday reminders for the birthdays you have added to your account. Message & data rates may apply.

We operate our Service by sending SMS messages from +1 (787) 333-6817 to your verified phone number. We use Twilio as our A2P 10DLC phone number provider.

Below are example SMS messages you may receive once you opt into our Service, with example dates and names:

2. Opting In

To opt in, you must:

1. Provide your phone number in your Account page
2. Verify your phone number via OTP
3. Enable SMS reminders in your Account
4. Confirm that you agree to these Terms

Afterward, we will send you an introductory text from our registered phone number, +1 (787) 333-6817, with the details of the service, the frequency, a link to these Terms, and keywords you can text us. For more information about keywords, see section 7 below.

3. Opting Out

You may opt out by doing any of the below:

• Text STOP to +1 (787) 333-6817
• Deselect Enable SMS reminders in your Account

Once you opt out, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have opted out. Afterward, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive birthday reminders and celebratory messages at most once per day. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

7. Keywords

You can text us the keywords below for us to take specific actions:

• Subscribe keywords: START, UNSTOP, YES. Texting us any of these keywords will opt you into our Service provided you have verified your phone number beforehand.
• Help keywords: HELP, INFO. Texting us any of these keywords will provide you with useful information about how to opt out, where to find our Terms, and our support email support@bday.cards.
• Unsubscribe keywords: CANCEL, END, QUIT, STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE. Texting us any of these keywords will automatically opt you out of our Service. We will send you a confirmation text stating that you have opted out successfully.
